Treezn is an online store specialising in collectible trading cards (TCG) and gaming products, operated by an individual trader based in the United Kingdom.

By using our Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. Products

  • We sell sealed TCG products, single cards, graded cards, gaming products, and accessories from our own stock.
  • All products are 100% authentic. We do not sell counterfeit, proxy, or reproduction cards.
  • We make every effort to display products, images, and descriptions accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen.
  • For single cards, the condition (e.g. Near Mint, Lightly Played) is stated on the product page. Images may be representative unless stated otherwise.
  • Sealed products are sold as sealed. The contents of booster packs and boxes are random, and we do not guarantee any specific cards, pulls, or rarities.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes.
  • Shipping is free on all orders within the United Kingdom.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

  • After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order, not that it has been accepted.
  • A contract between you and Treezn is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or unusually large quantity purchases intended for resale. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
  • We may limit the quantity of certain products per customer, especially for high-demand releases.

6. Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered on pre-order before their official release. The expected release date is shown on the product page. Release dates are set by manufacturers and may change. If a release is delayed or the product becomes unavailable, we will inform you and you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund.

7. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. All payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

8. Shipping and Delivery
